As most of you know…… I ABSOLUTELY love pull ups (bodyweight and weighted).

Today’s video is for those who already have a solid pull up or chin up. In this video I demonstrate the L sit chin up. I love this progression because it is a great way to increase your core strength which will also increase your bodyweight reps. By learning to stay tighter you will be able to add load with additional weight for even greater strength in your pull up or chins.
