20kg 1/1 x 5 – rest as needed between each set
4. Military PRESS:

5. CIRCUIT 1:
24kg SLDL x 5/5
:15 sec r/ :15 sec l One Arm Plank
12kg Pisol x 2/2
-rest and repeat x 3 (each round for me took between 3-3 1/2 minutes)
6. CIRCUIT 2:
1 min 16kg swings
25 Mt. Climbers per leg
1 min rest – repeat as many as you desire (i recorded two of my rounds for you…then stopped recording as I was so sweaty, that it looked like I pee’d my pants ;] LOL)
