Betsy came to visit me in Dallas to work on a joint project. While here we had to take a break away from our computers and get in a training sessions.
Circuit 1:
Box single leg squats x 5/5
Slider single leg glides x 5/5
KB single leg deadlifts x 5/5
Rest and repeat x 3
Circuit 2:
KB Clean, lunge, squat, swing x 3/3
Rest and repeat x 3
Finisher:
1-10 Ladder (I did swings and Betsy did snatching)
