While we all want to do our best with workouts and nutrition over the holiday, it can be an added stress. So remember if you plan ahead you can enjoy these moments with your family and friends! Make good choices and then make your cheats snacks or meals worth it.
As for your training, Bodyweight is a great option when traveling and away from your normal gym routine.

Set your timer to :30 second intervals
- :30 jumprope/ :30 squat jumps
- :30 jumprope/ :30 push ups
- :30 jumprope/ :30 jumping jacks
- :30 jumprope/ :30 mt climbers
- :30 jumprope/ :30 plank
- :30 jumprope/ :30 burpee
REST AND REPEAT x 2-4 rounds depending on your desired workout time.
(I travel with jump rope but you can replace this another body weight skill)
