Workout
Today’s Circuit is a Pistol and One Arm Push Up progressions circuit:
- 3/3 Pistol
- 5/5 OAPU w/ planche assistance
- rest and repeat.
** I am working at rebuilding mobility in my left hip and working at grooving a solid balance before moving on to re-strengthen this skill. You must be paitent after an injury and not load it too quickly. I am using a 2.5lb plate for the pistols. As for the OAPU, you want to make sure to corkscrew the working shoulder and put most of the weight on that arm. Make sure your body is completely tight from your shoulders to your toes. The planche arm is just there for assistance, slowly decrease the pressure you put on that arm over time.
