There are times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed!
We wish there were more hours in our day to get more done. Our piles seem to get higher and our to do list get longer. We may even feel like we can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Know that you are not alone!
I am no different than you!!
Just yesterday, my status on FB stated that I wish there was a WORK FAIRY that would do my work while I sleep. While I ABSOLUTELY love what I do and most of the time it doesn’t feel like work, I still get busy and need motivation just like everyone else. I have been mostly living out of a suite case and airports the past two years, so when I am home there are days that I feel the need for that extra push in my training. I am normally good working out alone but during these time I need an extra push I prefer a training partner. So last week I reached out and found a new training partner in my area and it has been great! So THANK YOU Felicia if you are reading this.
I want to be here to give you that extra push you many need when your life gets crazy. On Tuesdays in my Coaching Corner, I post a week of Workouts for the members to follow if they choose to do WOD’s while other may choose to follow a program. So if your life seems to get in the way of your works and you would like to just have someone tell you what to do then check out my coaching corner.

Well I gotta run for now and get the WOD’s loaded and tackle my TO DO LIST that is very long since I am prepping to head out of the country in a few weeks.
